During the 2020/2021Christmas/New Years holiday week, I needed to find immediate placement for my Uncle who has been living on his own in a retirement community. He felt he could no loner live alone. I was referred to Senior Care Lifestyles by a previous co-worker. My first conversation with Deborah made me feel I had called the right place for help. She took time to look up places for me to view via the internet during this Covid-19 pandemic and took the time to keep me updated on different ALF’s that could possibly be a good fit for my 98 year old Uncle (whose mind is still sharp despite his age). Deborah thoroughly explained to me how the process works and I felt as if she was genuinely working to find a good place for my Uncle to live in comfortably. He is now living in a nice ALF and I feel relieved that all his meals, medications and ADL’s will be met and he can have social interaction with others. Should the time come that my Uncle needs more intensive care, I will be calling Deborah for assistance.
